By accessing or using the LESARUSS platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Who Can Use LESARUSS
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a binding agreement to use LESARUSS. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. What You Can and Cannot Do
You may use the Platform for its intended purpose: building, managing, and growing your brand within the LESARUSS operating system.
5. Payments and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly depending on your tier. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6. Intellectual Property
Work you create using the Platform is yours. LESARUSS does not claim ownership over your brand, content, or business outputs.
7. AI-Assisted Services
LESARUSS uses artificial intelligence to power parts of its platform. AI outputs are generated automatically and may require your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.
8. Limitation of Liability
LESARUSS provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your member settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
